A respected Ontario law firm is seeking an experienced Insurance Litigation Associate to join its growing Toronto team. This is an excellent prospect for a litigation lawyer with 2+ years of insurance defence experience who is looking for sophisticated files, meaningful advocacy opportunities, and long-term career growth.

Insurance Defence Litigation Prospect

The successful candidate will handle a diverse portfolio of insurance defence and civil litigation matters , including motor vehicle accident (MVA) claims and complex insurance disputes . Lawyers will work alongside experienced litigators while taking increasing responsibility for their own files.

What You Bring
2+ years of insurance defence litigation experience
Experience with Ontario insurance litigation and civil procedure
Solid legal writing, pleadings, motions and advocacy skills
Ability to manage litigation files independently
Strong organizational and client-management skills




Interest in developing courtroom and trial experience
Collaborative, professional and detail-oriented approach
