In this new full time contract position, you will manage and develop the Student Success Facilitator team. Your role centers on mentoring, facilitating performance discussions, and enhancing operational procedures to align with FNTI’s mission. This managerial position necessitates expertise in supporting diverse learners and a commitment to creating a culturally safe environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:



• Supervise and mentor Student Success Facilitators • Develop schedules and performance management strategies • Support new SSF onboarding and continuous training • Ensure consistency in learner support services • Initiate and monitor learner engagement and retention efforts

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines • Five years of experience in learner support roles • Proven leadership in educational settings • Proficient in conflict resolution and team development • Familiarity with learner information systems and reporting
