Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Manager, Human Resources Programs to lead HR operational programs from our Central Office in Toronto in a hybrid setting. The role oversees associate relations, policy maintenance, advantages and compensation administration, health and safety, and leave management.

The incumbent partners with leaders to deliver training, support performance cycles, ensure compliance with provincial legislation, and drive process improvements.
