- Complete care assessments and maintain accurate documentation
- Facilitate and attend residents’ care conferences
- Order and manage drug inventory according to regulations
- Coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary teams
- Respond to changes in residents’ health and emergencies Requirements:
- Must be a registered nurse in the applicable province
- Experience in long-term care or geriatric settings
- Excellent care coordination and time management skills
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications
