Collaborate with engineers for accurate content creation while ensuring it aligns with user needs. You will also be responsible for documenting the testing and deployment of software workflows, providing critical feedback to improve user experiences across platforms. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain documentation through the software development lifecycle
- Produce online help, tutorials, and other materials
- Conduct usability testing and feedback sessions
- Evaluate AI-generated documentation for clarity
- Engage with product management for content consistency Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in documentation
- Strong skills in HTML, XML (DITA), or Markdown
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
