To successfully perform the work,you’llbe on-site full-time Youareenrolled in an undergraduate degree in Commerce, Economicsor related at the time of the internship. Please indicate your expected graduation date on your resume.

Duration ofthe internship: 4 months (January 2027 – April 2027). Projectmanagement̶Assigned to a variety of transactions and advisory projects such as mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, equity and debt financings, strategic advisory/alternatives projects and full capital structure solution projects. Relationshipmanagement–Gain exposure to working with individuals from various groups across the firm and our team approach to executing coverage and financing assignments is designed to provide progressive on the job training.





You arehighly motivated,accomplishedand asuccess-oriented individual who has a keen interest in pursuing a career in the financial services industrydemonstratedthrough school courses,clubsand/or related work experience. You can multi-task with the best of them, constructively push the status quo, and deliver competing project-based and operational demands in a dynamicenvironment. Your analytical skills are topnotchandyoucombine them with solid technical and computational skillstohelp complete financial and data analysis.
