RED Mountain Resort is seeking a Human Resources & Safety Director to lead HR and safety functions across the organization. You will shape people practices, manage labour relations, recruitment, onboarding, and training while upholding the Collective Agreement and safety standards.

You will oversee WorkSafeBC administration, incident management, and risk mitigation, building a solid safety culture with executives and managers. Leadership scope includes policy development and workforce planning.
