Key Responsibilities:
• Follow Foreman’s verbal and written instructions
• Carry out landscaping projects using hand tools
• Ensure 100% completion of assigned services
• Meet safety regulations and production rates
• Participate in winter snow removal as needed

• Proven experience with landscape equipment
• Commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Dependable, clean, and qualified appearance
• Ability to handle outdoor work in all conditions
• Capacity to lift 50 lbs regularly
