Reporting to the Retail Manager, you'll be part of a dedicated team. Your key focus will be assisting customers in evaluating their needs and making informed product choices based on your outdoor expertise. Regularly ensuring an appealing store presentation is also vital to maintaining our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with personalized product recommendations
• Promote store programs and special promotions
• Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
• Address and resolve customer concerns effectively
• Help in various store areas as situation demands
Requirements:
• At least one year of experience in retail sales or service
• Preferred high school diploma or equivalent
• Solid ability to analyze customer needs
• Familiarity with outdoor lifestyle and products
• Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s merchandise is an asset
