Graphic Designer – Real Estate

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our real estate brokerage. The successful candidate will create professional and engaging digital and print marketing materials for property listings, real estate agents, pre-construction projects, social media campaigns, and company events.

Responsibilities

- Design Just Listed, Just Sold, Just Leased, Open House, and Coming Soon marketing materials.
- Create social media graphics and advertisements for Instagram, Facebook, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Design marketing materials for pre-construction, residential, and commercial real estate projects.
- Create flyers, brochures, feature sheets, postcards, banners, yard signs, open-house signs, presentations, and email marketing graphics.
- Resize and adapt designs for Instagram posts, stories, reels, Facebook ads, email campaigns, digital displays, and print.
- Edit and enhance property photos, including cropping, resizing, background removal, and basic retouching.
- Create marketing materials for brokerage events, training sessions, seminars, and agent promotions.
- Ensure consistent use of company branding, logos, colours, typography, and design standards.
- Work closely with agents, brokers, management, and the marketing team to complete design requests.
- Proofread and verify property details, pricing, contact information, spelling, dimensions,



and image quality before publishing.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with printing vendors when required.
- Manage multiple projects and revisions while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications
- Experience in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Real estate marketing experience is an asset.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience creating social media and digital advertising content.
- Understanding of print and digital design specifications.
- Strong knowledge of typography, layout, branding, and colour.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Education: Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field preferred

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who can turn property information and marketing requirements into clean, contemporary, professional, and eye-catching designs. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, responsive to feedback, and comfortable working on multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
