Z-Lite is a leading manufacturer of decorative residential lighting, known for delivering stylish, creative, and high-quality lighting solutions across North America. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in St. Thomas, Ontario.

Position Summary

Working collaboratively with our Graphic Design Specialist, this role will contribute creative ideas and provide support in the execution of design projects across the organization. You will play an important role in supporting our design, marketing, sales, and customer service teams by creating compelling visual content that showcases our products and strengthens our brand. This position is ideal for someone who has advanced Adobe Photoshop skills, a strong eye for design and photography, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Select, edit, and enhance room scene photography for product catalogues, brochures, websites, and other marketing materials.
- Assist with designing our product catalogues, brochures, flyers, advertisements, and sales support materials.
- Prepare and provide product images and digital marketing assets for online retailers, distributors, and customers.
- Edit, retouch, and optimize product and lifestyle photography using Adobe Photoshop.
- Assist in the development of promotional materials, advertisements, and other marketing campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all print and digital marketing materials.
- Organize and maintain digital image libraries, artwork files, and marketing assets.
- Collaborate with product development, marketing, sales, and customer service teams to meet project deadlines.




- Support additional graphic design and creative projects as required.

Qualifications

Required

- Strong visual sense and attention to detail
- Ability to select appropriate room/lifestyle images that complement lighting products and product styling
- Good understanding of interior design styles, color, composition, scale, and proportion
- Ability to review product images for resolution, lighting, color accuracy, sharpness, cropping, and overall image quality
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Ability to make basic image adjustments, including cropping, resizing, color correction, and background cleanup
- Strong organizational and file-management skills

Preferred
- Experience working with product photography, lifestyle/room images, or e-commerce imagery
- Experience selecting and preparing images for catalogues, brochures, websites, retailer assets, and other marketing materials
- Experience reviewing images to ensure products are accurately represented and meet quality standards
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign.
- Experience in lighting, furniture, home décor, interior design, or a related industry is an asset
- Experience working with image libraries such as Adobe Stock is an asset

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
