Duties

- Prepare and cook a variety of grilled foods according to established recipes and quality standards
- Ensure all food is cooked to the proper temperature and presented attractively for guest enjoyment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking




- Follow all food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service quickly and efficiently

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a line cook in a restaurant or food service setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques
- Excellent understanding of meal preparation processes and kitchen operations
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and serve guests effectively
- Familiarity with serving procedures and maintaining high standards of cleanliness

Pay: $16.75-$26.52 per hour
