Take charge of individual giving at Canadian Stage as the Senior Manager. This role emphasizes strategic planning and meaningful donor engagement to propel fundraising efforts. As a pivotal contributor to the Development team, you'll report to the Vice-President, Development.

With at least five years of experience, your mission will be to cultivate long-term relationships with donors while overseeing annual and mid-level giving initiatives. You'll also be actively involved in organizing donor experiences and events. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement individual giving strategies
- Manage a portfolio of active donors and prospects
- Plan donor acquisition and retention strategies
- Conduct meetings and events to foster donor relationships
- Identify and engage potential major contributors

Requirements:

- Over 5 years of fundraising experience
- Proven success managing donor relations
- Solid skills in communication and relationship building
- Experience collaborating with senior management and volunteers
