TolkPilot is an early-stage AI startup helping businesses handle missed calls, customer inquiries, and appointment bookings through AI voice agents.

The product is live, proven, and already being used by real businesses. We have validated the core use case, and our current challenge is not building more features — it's customer acquisition.

We're looking for someone who can take ownership of outbound lead generation and sales outreach.

You would be responsible for:

- Identifying businesses that have a genuine need for our solution
- Finding decision-makers
- Running personalized email, LinkedIn, or other outbound campaigns
- Generating qualified leads and booking demos
- Helping us develop a repeatable customer acquisition process

I will handle the product, demos, and closing. Your focus would be getting the right businesses into the pipeline. CompensationThis is an early-stage opportunity, so we cannot offer a large upfront salary at this stage.





The initial compensation would be performance-based commission for customers you bring in and that convert to paying customers.

For someone who consistently demonstrates the ability to generate revenue and wants to take a bigger role in the company, potential equity can be discussed based on results and long-term involvement.

This is best suited for someone entrepreneurial who is comfortable with an early-stage setting and wants their compensation to grow with the business.

Who we're looking forSomeone with proven B2B sales, lead generation, appointment-setting, or outbound experience.

Experience selling SaaS, AI, or business services is a strong plus.

We're not looking for someone to simply build a list of 1,000 contacts. We care about qualified conversations and customers.
