Club is seeking a Coach Development Manager with a passion for youth soccer and player development. You will work closely with the Technical Director and Grassroots Manager to ensure coaches are aligned with the Club’s coaching philosophy.

Your responsibilities will include designing development frameworks, conducting workshops, and implementing performance plans. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and oversee the coaching development framework
- Deliver workshops and educational resources for coaches
- Mentor and support coaches during training and games




- Implement consistent evaluation processes for coaches
- Promote player-centered coaching practices

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in a related field
- 3 to 5 years of youth soccer coaching experience
- Experience mentoring coaches in a sports environment
- Robust understanding of Long-Term Player Development
- Valid Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Screening
