We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Associate to join our dynamic team. You Must be reliable and dependable. You must be available all weekends in October and be available for call ins. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment. This position requires a proactive approach to engaging with customers, assisting them with their needs, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Duties

- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately through cashiering duties, including handling cash, credit, and debit card payments.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and ensuring displays are well-maintained.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive work workplace.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
- Engage in retail sales activities, actively promoting products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
