Your role is critical in sourcing senior and complex positions, ensuring an exemplary candidate experience and effective recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities:

- Source and close difficult roles from senior level positions
- Partner with hiring managers to refine job definitions
- Maintain an outstanding candidate experience during hiring




- Coach recruiters in sourcing and interviewing techniques
- Build a strong employer brand through strategic initiatives

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in talent or recruiting functions
- Proven track record in closing hard-to-fill roles
- Experience coaching teams to improve recruiting outcomes
- Knowledge of AI and its application in recruiting
- Experience recruiting in both North America and Europe
