We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Host/Hostess to join our team, working Monday through Friday to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. Duties
Greet guests warmly as they arrive, providing a positive first impression
Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to minimize wait times
Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, providing information or assistance as needed
Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and service flow
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station and waiting areas
Assist with guest inquiries, directions, and special requests to enhance their experience




Use POS systems such as Micros POS to manage reservations or seating logs accurately

Skills
Proven experience in guest services, serving, or hospitality roles within a restaurant or hotel setting
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs gracefully
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
Familiarity with food service operations and restaurant procedures
Ability to operate POS systems like Micros POS confidently
Knowledge of hospitality standards and food service best practices
Ability to multitask efficiently in a quick-paced workplace while maintaining professionalism
