Contact consumers throughout the United States
Follow provided scripts to gather opinions from respondents with experience using clients’ products and services
Collect detailed opinions and deliver valuable, quality data to clients
Quickly transcribe verbal responses
Work evening shifts Monday–Friday between 3:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., choosing available hours
Work at least every other Saturday on a fixed 7.5-hour shift from 10:0 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Complete 15+ hours per week
Attend online welcome, class, and on-the-job training
Collect company-provided equipment in person in London, Ontario

Requirements

Excellent reading, writing and communication skills
Strong typing skills with the ability to quickly transcribe verbal responses
Polite and friendly, punctual and reliable
Ability to persuade others and give verbal direction
Proficient with computers, email, and Google Chrome/Apps
Ability to handle technical issues and troubleshooting quickly and independently
Ability to adapt quickly to recent policies and procedures
Enjoy working independently, self-motivated, and able to excel at repetitive tasks




Must live within the local London, Ontario area to collect work equipment in person
Occasionally available for in-person training and other purposes throughout employment
English proficiency; Spanish required for bilingual Spanish interviewer roles
