Ericsson Canada Inc. is seeking an RF Specialist (RAN Optimization) at an early-career level to join a global team. The role spans RF analysis, auditing, design, and optimization of telecom networks, with exposure to RAN, Transport, Core, OM and Services Networks.
Mentorship and hands-on project work are provided. You will support 4G/5G deployments in Canada, assist with C-band launches, monitor RF KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while learning Ericsson’s analytics solutions
