This full time role invites applicants with a degree in Human Services or a related discipline to engage in a direct service position focused on individuals facing mental health and addiction challenges. You'll develop life skills, facilitate recovery programs, and promote a non-judgmental environment, all while collaborating with diverse teams to enhance community connections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide person-centered support for recovery and wellness
• Facilitate training in daily living and communication skills
• Guide participants in goal achievement and routines
• Plan and implement recovery programming for independence
• Ensure accurate health and safety documentation
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Services or relevant area
• Minimum 2 years in direct service settings
• First Aid and CPR certification required
• Experience with trauma-informed care approaches
• Proven teamwork and community partnership experience
