- Develop and implement strategies and tactical plans
- Build internal and partner competency and capacity to lead continuous quality improvement through change and transformation
- Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias
- Work with organizational supports on department-wide strategies and frameworks, including budget planning, quality, and risk management
- Assist the Director and divisional leadership team with strategic planning and administrative affairs
- Provide expertise on strategic and business decision-making
- Lead or support execution of strategic initiatives across Health Services
- Liaise with leadership, health system, and community partners
- Strengthen organizational performance, service quality, and health outcomes for residents and communities

Requirements

- Master’s degree in Health Sciences, Public Health, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Knowledge of project management, quality, and change management
- Must have at least 5 years of relevant job experience
- Combination of education and experience may be considered
- Proven ability to build, develop, and maintain cooperative, collaborative, and strategic relationships with internal and external partners




- Sound understanding of organizational development and change management theories
- Demonstrated knowledge of performance measurement, strategic planning, and quality improvement tools
- Familiarity with organizational and systems change capacity and advancing cultural shifts
- Experience conducting complex and sensitive investigations and analysis
- Off-site work location must be within the province of Ontario
- Ability to work a minimum of two days per week in office
- Availability for in-person interviews
