Everforth Apex is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Site Lead to onboard clinics on an eReferral and eOrder platform. You will work with Site Facilitators, Intake Coordinators, and Clinicians to activate sites and ensure a smooth onboarding experience across multiple delivery projects.
Responsibilities include leading site activations, coordinating with clinics and hospital staff, and maintaining solid stakeholder communication while managing risks and scope changes.
