Empower resuscitation programs as a Heart & Stroke Resuscitation Specialist. Enjoy the flexibility of a fully remote role over 12 months while impacting lives in Alberta and Saskatchewan. As a specialist, you'll report to the Resuscitation Program Manager and engage with regional partners and instructors to advance emergency cardiovascular care.
You will ensure program compliance and high-quality training standards, while leveraging data analytics for reporting and insights. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain solid ties with external partners and instructors
- Monitor and assure compliance with training program standards
- Address program quality concerns effectively
- Support data-driven decisions to enhance network performance
- Coordinate the regional rollout of resuscitation programs
Requirements:
- Degree or certification related to business or health science
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in management
- Familiarity with health care training programs
- Proven ability to communicate effectively
- Non-profit sector experience advantageous
