This role focuses on governance and engineering compensation across markets and requires deep expertise in analytics and behavioral economics. As the Associate Director of Customer Compensation & Policy, you will craft the global strategy for how HelloFresh compensates customers.

This is not a maintenance role but a strategic function that connects customer economics and operational data. You will also oversee the customer compensation engine, ensuring its scalability and efficiency while driving collaboration across Technology, Operations, and Finance. Key Responsibilities:

- Own the strategic vision for customer compensation
- Design and evolve the compensation engine and its operational rules




- Set the global roadmap for compensation experimentation
- Manage the global compensation P&L; and identify leakage
- Lead fraud prevention policies and governance rhythm Requirements:
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification
