Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Highway Roller Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating heavy-duty roller equipment to ensure smooth, durable pavement surfaces on various construction projects. Your expertise will help us deliver top-tier infrastructure while maintaining safety and efficiency on every job site.

Duties

- Operate highway rollers and other heavy machinery with precision to achieve optimal compaction of asphalt, concrete, and other materials.
- Assist in paving operations by preparing surfaces and ensuring proper material placement.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure safety standards are met and perform basic maintenance as needed.




- Support concrete forming and finishing tasks by working alongside the crew to achieve high-quality results.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment for yourself and team members.
- Collaborate with supervisors and crew members to coordinate tasks and meet project deadlines.

Experience

- Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and maintenance.
- Construction experience, particularly in asphalt paving, or roadwork projects.
- Proven experience operating heavy machinery such as rollers, loaders, excavators.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or equivalent for operating large construction vehicles.
- Familiarity with construction site safety standards and procedures.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety and quality.
