- Assist project managers in engineering tasks
- Create preliminary and detailed designs for highways

Requirements:
- Civil Engineering B.S. Degree from an accredited institution
- 10-15 years of related highway design experience
- Ontario Skilled Engineering Designation
- Inroads proficiency is required
- Excellent technical and interpersonal skills
