WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

You'll own the full client relationship from onboarding to retention. That means launching and scaling Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns,



building compelling ad messaging that resonates with parents in each client's local market, monitoring KPIs daily, and leading every client call with clarity and confidence.

You're not just a relationship manager -you're working across the entire funnel (ad → lead → tour booking → show rate → close rate) and developing strategies to improve profitability at every step. You'll work with editors and creators but own the final product.

The job is never reactive. You reach out to clients before they reach out to you.

→ Client revenue growth - when our ads perform, clients get more enrollments.

COMPENSATION

Base OTE range: $72,000 – $100,000 USD/yr Role type: Full-time, 6 days/week Location: 100% remote

Past 6k USD/month (base of 6k USD/mo), the better your clients retain, grow, and refer, the more you make. That structure is intentional: we want someone who thinks like an owner, not an employee.

THIS ROLE IS ONLY FOR YOU IF (Requirements)

→

Fluent verbal and written English skills with a proactive, high-touch communication style.

→ You have solid communication skills and lead clients - not the other way around

→

2+ years experience as a CSM or Account Manager, or experience running your own agency (or have been a closer for 2+ years).

→

Must reside and be legally eligible to work outside of the United States.

100% Remote (Global ex-US). US citizens, residents, or US tax identification holders are not eligible.

Highly resilient, hyper-focused on client results, and willing to work a 6-day schedule to ensure operational excellence.

→ You are "all in" and willing to do whatever it takes to deliver a flawless client experience

Ability to overlap working hours with North American business time zones
