We are a local, family-owned home care company looking for compassionate and dependable Health Care Aides who genuinely enjoy working with seniors. If you take pride in getting to know your clients, noticing the little things, and making their day a little easier and brighter, we would love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

Every client is different, but your role may include:

- Providing meaningful companionship and conversation
- Assisting with personal care and daily routines
- Preparing easy meals and helping with groceries
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Supporting clients with mobility and transfers
- Accompanying clients on outings or appointments
- Providing dementia support and reassurance
- Communicating important updates with our team and client families

Most importantly, you’ll help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and connected while continuing to live with as much independence as possible.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is kind, dependable, communicative, and takes initiative. You don’t need to be reminded to do the little things. You notice what needs to be done and understand that exceptional care often comes down to those small details.

You’ll need:





- Health Care Aide certification
- Minimum 2 years of senior home care experience
- Vulnerable Sector Check dated within the last year
- Strong communication skills
- Reliability and a genuine commitment to providing excellent care

Even better if you have:

- Dementia care experience or additional training
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Valid Alberta driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Experience with mobility assistance, transfers, or more complex care needs
