Home and Community Care Manager

One Permanent Full-Time Position

Monday to Friday – 8 hours/day

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Home and Community Care Manager to lead the planning, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of home and community care programs across the Wabasca and Calling Lake communities. This role requires a strong, team-oriented leader with a commitment to Indigenous health, health equity, and continuous quality improvement

Key Responsibilities:

· Client Care and Case Management Oversight

· Leadership and Strategic Planning

· Staff Management

· Operational and Financial Management

· Quality improvement and Risk Management

· Program Development and Evaluation

· Collaboration and partnership

· Program oversight and support

· Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

· BScN degree from a recognized University

· Licensed with the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta

· Must have valid drivers’ license

· Clear current criminal record check





· Knowledge of the Cree Nation culture, government, and language and community dynamics are considered an asset.
