Elevate sustainability practices at B2Gold as a Sustainability Specialist, ESG Disclosure based in Vancouver. Drive key reporting initiatives and align with industry standards while promoting responsible mining. In this fixed-term role, you will report to the VP of Sustainability and actively contribute to B2Gold’s corporate sustainability goals.

You will lead the development and writing of critical reports including the Responsible Mining Report and Climate Strategy Report, ensuring alignment with frameworks like GRI, SASB, and TCFD. This position embraces a hybrid work model, combining in-office and work from home effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Lead development of Responsible Mining and Climate Strategy Reports
Manage sustainability-related disclosures and external assurance processes




Enhance reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy
Support strategic initiatives and special projects
Stay updated on emerging sustainability technologies and best practices Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Environmental or related field
Seven years’ experience in similar roles, mining preferred
Knowledge of sustainability principles and industry standards
Robust project management and communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft software Drive B2Gold's sustainability agenda through effective reporting and leadership in Vancouver.
