As the Engineering Solutions Manager, you will manage the unit's performance in profitability, forecasting, and capacity.

Your expertise in revenue management and customer relations will be vital as you lead a diverse team across multiple countries. You will work closely with sales and services leaders, identifying growth opportunities and technical challenges to deliver effective solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Own revenue and P&L; performance for the business unit
Develop the annual business plan aligned with services strategy




Lead and mentor a team of engineers in multiple locations
Collaborate with teams on customer solutions and chance shaping
Monitor and address project delivery and commercial risks Requirements:
Extensive experience in managing engineering or technical teams
Robust commercial judgment with P&L; responsibility
Proven ability to build trusted customer relationships
Excellent communication skills in English and French
