Sun Life Financial is seeking a district leader to recruit, onboard, train, and coach Financial Advisors during their first four years under contract. You will source candidates via community contacts and referrals, support licensing education, and shape business plans with clients.

Leading onboarding, delivering product knowledge and sales process training, and mentoring Advisors to achieve financial objectives are core duties. Solid regulatory knowledge is essential.
