Home to BC Lions, Vancouver White Caps, Concerts and Live events, the facility hosts welcomes hundreds of thousands of fans each year, while generating significant economic activity for the Province. The Zone

Supervisor leads a group of concession locations within an assigned area and is the key connection between frontline teams and event leadership. You will have direct responsibility for operational readiness, people leadership, guest experience, safety, inventory and in-event decision-making. This role offers broader responsibility than a traditional stand supervisor position and is a strong chance for hospitality leaders looking to develop experience in large-scale venue and event operations.

Oversee multiple concession stands, bars or service locations within an assigned event-day zone. Lead and support Stand Leaders and frontline teams, providing clear direction, coaching and real-time issue resolution. Monitor sales demand, food production,



inventory and staffing throughout the event and adjust priorities as conditions change.

Partner with warehouse, culinary, beverage, POS/technology and leadership teams to resolve operational needs quickly. Maintain food quality, temperature, sanitation, food safety and responsible alcohol service standards. Support an efficient, welcoming guest experience and resolve service concerns professionally.

Review inventory counts, transfers, discrepancies and required event paperwork for accuracy and completeness. Identify opportunities to improve throughput, presentation, team performance and the overall guest experience. Previous experience in high-volume hospitality, food and beverage, retail, events or a similar customer-facing operation.

Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Serving It

Right certification required; Food Safe certification is an asset. Availability for mandatory events, including evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled. You will work inside one of Canada's leading sports and entertainment venues, helping deliver high-volume hospitality for major event days.
