Responsibilities:

- Administration duties vary
- Supervise a team of 3-4 cleaners
- Follow the cleaning checklist and instructions carefully
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust
- Sanitize restrooms (toilets, sinks, fixtures)
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass
- Maintain supplies and report shortages
- Report maintenance issues or damages
- Follow safety protocols
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:





- Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, kneeling, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Background check required.
