Your tasks include managing recruitment processes for various roles, partnering with store operations for staffing requirements, and providing ongoing support to franchise owners as needed. Track new hire onboarding and training processes

- Execute HR metric tracking for recruitment and leave management
- Provide administrative support in all HR functions Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in HR, Business or related fields
- 1-2 years HR experience, preferably in retail
- CPHR designation or working towards it is an asset
- Solid skills in Microsoft Excel and data handling Support Tokyo Smoke’s HR initiatives and foster an engaging work culture in this impactful role.
