In this 24-month position, you will join the HR Partnership team, working with HR Partners to provide essential HR support across diverse faculties and departments.

You will manage routine HR matters while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Develop relationships with academic and administrative leaders

- Provide HR advice across employee groups and appointment types
- Triage HR inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees
- Coordinate training resources for faculties and departments Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2-3 years of HR generalist experience
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills
