We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-focused Human Resources & Safety Coordinator to support both our HR and Health & Safety programs across a growing multi-location organization. This is an excellent prospect for an HR professional who enjoys variety, loves building systems and processes, and wants hands‑on experience across employee relations, compliance, onboarding, training administration, workplace safety, and HR operations.

You'll work closely with leaders across the company while helping ensure our team members are supported, our programs remain compliant, and our culture continues to thrive.

Human Resources

Maintain employee records and HRIS data integrity Support recruitment and interview scheduling Prepare HR reports, trackers, and workforce analytics Support policy administration and compliance requirements Coordinate employee communications and HR programs Support HR process improvement and automation projects Health & Safety Support workplace health and safety programs across multiple locations Monitor training requirements and compliance records Coordinate safety meetings, inspections, and follow‑up actions Maintain safety documentation and incident records Track corrective actions, investigations,



and safety initiatives Support health and safety audits and compliance activities Help promote a strong culture of workplace safety Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field ~2-5 years of experience in Human Resources, health and safety, training administration, compliance coordination, or a related administrative role ~ Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and business systems ~ Interest in HR compliance, workplace safety, training administration, and continuous improvement Health & Safety training or related certification Experience with benefits administration and HR reporting Interest in process automation, analytics, and modern HR technology Keep HR and safety processes organized, accurate, and compliant Deliver a positive employee experience through responsive support Ensure training, documentation, and reporting requirements are maintained Help leaders navigate administrative and compliance requirements Contribute to projects that improve efficiency, consistency, and employee experience Exposure to a broad range of HR and safety responsibilities If you're passionate about people, organization, compliance, and continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you. #
