We're seeking a people-focused HR Generalist for a 15-month on-site contract in Moncton, NB. This role emphasizes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and cultural engagement. As an HR Generalist, you will provide comprehensive support across essential HR functions.

You’ll coordinate recruitment processes, assist with employee relations, and ensure effective compliance with HR laws. Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll help cultivate an engaging workplace culture while managing various HR activities.

Your role will be integral to supporting both managers and staff in a compliant work workplace. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and execute recruitment and selection processes
- Assist managers with performance evaluations and attendance issues




- Handle sensitive employee inquiries and immigration processes
- Maintain compliance with HR regulations and best practices

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR or similar field
- 2–5 years of multi-functional HR experience
