The Narmco Group is an industry leader in the automotive industry for metal stamping and assembly. We have a challenging career opportunity for a Human Resources and Health & Safety Manager in one of our production facilities. This position will be part of the management team at the plant overseeing the daily operations. This is a unionized environment.
This is a contract position - length 12-18 months
Wage is $30 - $38/hr based on experience

Experience
Required
- 3 - 5 years: Human Resources Department in a unionized manufacturing environment
Preferred
- Employment / Labour Law/Lawyer is an asset
- Automotive experience is an asset
Education
Preferred
- Bachelors or better in Human Resources or related field
- Bachelors or better in Business Administration or related field
- College Graduate / Diploma or better in Human Resources or related field
