Shape HR strategies at Agnico Eagle as an HR Coordinator based at the Macassa Mine, Kirkland Lake, Ontario. Engage in recruitment, employee relations, and process improvement initiatives. In this dynamic role, you will support the HR Supervisor and the Human Resources Department by providing operational and tactical HR support.

Your focus will include driving recruitment processes, managing employee relations, and ensuring alignment with relevant laws and Agnico Eagle’s values. Your proactive approach will enhance HR practices and foster a culture of collaboration and respect. Conduct recruitment and onboarding for hourly positions

- Address sensitive performance and productivity issues
- Ensure compliance with workplace legislation and policies
- Participate in training and special HR initiatives Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in mining
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP
