This role as a full-time HVAC Journeyman allows you to perform inspections, repairs, and diagnostics on commercial HVAC equipment. You will also mentor less experienced technicians and participate in both on-the-job and online training programs to strengthen your HVAC skills. Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect HVAC systems for optimal performance
- Repair and maintain rooftop units and chillers
- Mentor apprentices through hands-on support
- Download programs and analyze chiller trend data
- Maintain a clean and secure work area

Requirements:

- 5+ years HVAC experience or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a good record
- Associate’s Degree or HVAC certification preferred
- Inclusion in the union as Journeyman
- Preferred: current first aid/CPR card
