All-Rite Mechanical has been Southern Saskatchewan's trusted commercial mechanical contractor for over 35 years. We're growing our HVAC service team and looking to add more qualified technicians to our team.

A knowledgeable, dependable tradesperson who takes ownership of their work and genuinely enjoys the trade. Someone who works well as part of a team, communicates well, and isn't afraid to share what they know — we value techs who take an interest in mentoring apprentices and helping the next generation build their skills. What you bring

Red Seal / Journeyperson HVAC or Refrigeration ticket (required)

Solid experience in commercial HVAC installation, service, and troubleshooting A genuine interest in the trade and a willingness to mentor and share knowledge with apprentices

Maturity, reliability, and sound judgment working independently or as part of a crew





Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset

Pay: $40.00-$55.00 per hour
