MLSE seeks an enthusiastic In-Seat Runner to join its Food & Beverage team. You will focus on providing immediate service to fans during various events, ensuring a memorable experience. You’ll coordinate with the team to deliver orders while maintaining the highest service standards and cleanliness in your area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently deliver food and drink orders to fans
• Use Smart Serve principles to monitor the seating area
• Provide well-informed responses to customer inquiries
• Keep work area and equipment organized and clean
• Follow all health and safety policies
Requirements:
• Must have Smart Serve certification
• Legal age to serve alcohol required
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
