Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Dishwasher/Plongeur to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment following established health standards
Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including floors, sinks, and workstations
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting chefs and kitchen staff during busy service times
Manage waste disposal and recycling processes in accordance with safety protocols
Ensure all dishware and utensils are properly stored and organized for easy access by the team
Follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working setting




Support the overall cleanliness of the dining area by assisting with light cleaning duties when required

Requirements
Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation procedures
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency
Strong attention to detail to ensure all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues during high-pressure situations
Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards is advantageous
A genuine interest in hospitality, food service, or culinary environments is highly valued

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
