Dental Choice is seeking Hygiene Coordinator to join our growing team.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated hygiene coordinator to take ownership of our hygiene schedule and help build a thriving hygiene program. This role is ideal for someone who loves dentistry, enjoys connecting with patients, and is confident in taking initiative. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a cooperative environment.

Full time Hours

Three dayshifts and Two evening shifts - No weekends

Key responsibilities:

- Own and manage the hygiene schedule to maximize patient care and clinic capacity
- Proactively fill openings, manage cancellations, and coordinate rebooking
- Support hygiene production and retention goals
- Build strong relationships with patients and encourage ongoing preventive care
- Work closely with hygienists and the dental team to ensure an efficient, well-balanced schedule
- Identify opportunities to improve the patient experience and grow the hygiene program

What We’re Looking For:





- Minimum 1 year of dental administration experience (Curve software knowledge is a bonus!)
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional, patient-first approach.
- Organized, proactive, personable, and passionate about dentistry.
- A friendly, team-focused attitude and a desire to learn and grow.
