Your collaboration with Legal, IT, and business teams will help to embed privacy-by-design principles across the organization. Stay updated on legislative changes and trends, recommending process enhancements to mitigate risks effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee privacy compliance and organizational policies
- Perform PIAs and assess risks for new systems
- Provide guidance on privacy inquiries and issues
- Manage response efforts for data breaches and incidents
- Monitor privacy risk registers and compliance metrics
Requirements:
- 4+ years in privacy, compliance, or risk management
- In-depth knowledge of privacy laws and regulations
- Solid analytical and communication skills
- Expertise in handling multiple priorities accurately
- Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders
