Duties

- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and desired experiences
- Design customized itineraries including flights, hotels, tours, and transportation options
- Provide expert advice on destinations, local attractions, and travel requirements
- Assist clients with booking arrangements and ensure all reservations are confirmed accurately
- Offer exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support before, during, and after trips
- Stay updated on the latest travel trends, hotel options, and hospitality services to offer current recommendations




- Promote additional services such as travel insurance or special packages to enhance client satisfaction

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality roles within the travel industry
- Robust knowledge of hotels, destinations, and the hospitality sector
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple client requests
- Familiarity with booking platforms and travel management software is preferred
- Passion for travel and delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Prior hotel or hospitality experience is a plus
