Join MNP’s Indigenous Ease Services team as a Manager, focusing on providing expert guidance to over 250 Indigenous groups. This role requires building strong partnerships, improving financial processes, and training clients in daily accounting tasks.

You’ll support audit processes and work with funders to ensure clients meet reporting requirements effortlessly. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop explicit paths for client financial growth
- Train clients on daily accounting and finance tasks
- Assist with auditing by organizing essential documentation
- Collaborate with Indigenous Services Canada on requirements
- Innovate and improve financial policies for smooth operations Requirements:
- Certificate or diploma in business administration/accounting
- CPA or CAFM is advantageous
- At least five years of accounting experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proficient in accounting software, especially Sage 300 Empower transformation and drive progress for Indigenous communities with impactful financial services at MNP.
