The Indigenous Relations
Manager will spearhead the development and execution of Bell's Reconciliation Strategy. This position focuses on managing the PAIR Certification program, crafting Indigenous engagement strategies, and fostering relationships with Indigenous communities. You will coordinate initiatives that align with corporate goals and monitor progress on reconciliation commitments. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop corporate reconciliation strategy and governance framework
- Manage the PAIR Certification program effectively
- Cultivate relationships with First Nations, Inuit,
and Métis communities
- Coordinate community engagement activities and workshops
- Design cultural awareness training and communication tools Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field
- 5-10 years of experience in Indigenous engagement
